WHOLE

COST: $4.50 x hang weight
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your share for a Whole.
HALF
APPROXIMATELY 422 POUNDS HANGING WEIGHT - APPROXIMATELY 215 POUNDS OF BEEF
COST: $4.75 x hang weight
A $400 deposit is required to reserve your share for a Half.
Quarter
APPROXIMATELY 211 POUNDS HANGING WEIGHT - APPROXIMATELY 105 POUNDS OF BEEF
COST: $4.90 x hang weight
A $400 deposit is required to reserve your share for a Quarter.
Things to Note
All beef will be processed at USDA-Inspected Albion Locker in Albion Nebraska. Pick up from 2383 Farms or delivery within 50 miles of Albion for $50. Currently we are not shipping Beef Shares.
Pricing is subject to change for Quarters, Halves, and Wholes based off of what hang weight is. These amounts are approximate for pounds of beef you will receive. See above how to figure actual pounds of beef.
Once a deposit has been received and processing is close, we will contact you with a list of cuts you would like to have your share processed into. You will be able to pick what you want to customize your package.
