Perishable: Due to the perishable nature of our items we do not take returns on any of our perishable products (beef, etc).

If there is a problem with your product upon arrival, please contact Amanda (402)920-0376 immediately and we will work out a solution to make it right. 



2383 Farms will be shipping once a month on a Monday, unless otherwise stated on the website or advertising for holidays and sale events. 

If you would like to pick up your order in Nebraska, please choose “Pick up” at checkout and send us an email to coordinate pickup time. 

Shipping is Only Available Within the Continental United States.  

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is available by UPS Next Day Air pricing. We do not ship internationally. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but we are happy to deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time in addition to the shipping transit times. 2383 Farms LLC charges a calculated rate per shipping address. 

Packages are shipped via ground services. For expedited shipping, please choose ‘UPS Next Day Air’ at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Schedule

WEATHER DELAYS:  2383 Farms LLC reserves the right to temporarily refrain from processing orders based on severe weather in the transit process. Customers are notified immediately via phone and/or email of the slight delay. Usually occurring in winter weather, typical delays are 1-2 business days.

UPS Ground: We ship UPS Ground to customers that choose that option. Midwestern states can expect their boxes approximately 1-2 days after shipment and coastal states can expect their boxes approximately 3-4 days after shipment.


**PLEASE NOTE: This schedule is provided to offer an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery times. While we make every effort to meet these guidelines, periods of increased volume (including holidays and unforeseen circumstances) may extend the processing time of shipments. For transit zones close to Nebraska, orders may arrive earlier than expected. Upon processing an order for shipment, emails are generated to each customer with UPS tracking numbers. Addresses & Availability

2383 Farms LLC offers no guarantee of delivery with incorrect addresses. Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct prior to submitting your order. Packages are clearly marked “perishable” and will expire if not kept cold. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the contents of the package can be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. 2383 Farms LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or perish due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure someone is available to receive a gift package at the time of delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make any special arrangements upon delivery for any order shipped to any apartment address. Typically, UPS will deliver to an apartment lobby. Please note that UPS will deliver to your doorstep with “No Signature Required.”

General Information

Your products should be frozen or cool to the touch at time of arrival.  Partially thawed products can be re-frozen. Place them into the freezer or refrigerator immediately upon receipt and inspection. If they do not feel cool to the touch upon arrival, please email within seven (7) days of receipt, provide a description of the damage, and a photo (s) of the order in the state it was received. Claim filing is time sensitive and photos are required in order to show proof of damage.

Packages may contain partially-dissipated dry ice.  This is common in the shipping process. Avoid touching any remaining dry ice with bare skin. You may leave dry ice inside the package to evaporate or use gloves to remove and dispose of the ice in a well-ventilated outdoor location, safely away from children and pets. 


2383 Farms LLC provides suggested cooking instructions with our perishable products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to follow all health and safety guidelines when thawing and handling products.
